Description: philips led tv which was bought on 10-june-2018, was gone bad in 5 months i. E. Half tv screen was displaying a white strap. Due to which tv viewing is not possible. We have raised a compliant on which the service engineer has come and took the complaint told that t-con board has to be replaced. Below complaint was raised using mobile number - [protected]
Sms for above complaint: "ban[protected] will be serviced by punith[protected], svc point [protected] provide scode s20425 only if satisfactory job done, appt dt-15/11/18, 4:00pm"

After one month there was no response from the company and after regular followups their service engineer has mentioned that board or same model tv is not available so they cannot replace tv.
After that there was no response. The company has stopped its customer service number in bangalore in december and now in mumbai number also.
We are not able to followup to get a new tv. Please help.

Still not received any update from Company. 4 months over and no response from Company. TV is unusable and can't be repaired.
