Philips India — Poor, manipulative and careless service at Philips India service centre named The Cell Point | |
The Cell Point, Sushant lok phase 1 Gurgaon staff forced me to pay checking charges when I asked to return the item despite notifying them the issue before giving them device. The staff did not tell me charges before taking device. Philips India refused to refund false and forced service charges. They even closed my complaint on NCH with false excuse and Lata Beriya at the service centre first did not give me bill to avoid getting caught by saying bill book is finished and after a month gave me a fake bill soft copy where delivery charges were changed to service charges. I will complaint in consumer court using recorded calls and messages as evidence against fraud service if service charges of INR 550 is not refunded back to my paytm account registered on my mobile number soon.
