I have purchased Iron Box in GCC country with world wide warranty and it's got defective now. I approached on 29-Oct-2015 Philips service center (USB Electronics Chennai) with bill copy and they accepted that time given acknowledged copy after now(17-dec-2015) denying for the world wide warranty and they given un-acceptable statement ' This protect not purchased in INDIA and your invoice also not mentioned service available in INDIA' My case id No: 50-[protected] My Name: Venkatesan.R Mobile no:[protected]

My product got serviced in the same service center with help of Philips Area managers now...
