Philips India — replacement of earphone | |||
Dear team, Regretly informing about the pathetic service and response I have been receiving from the replacement centre. I was told by the customer service that I would get my product within 15-20 days. I did wait and contacted the replacement center on last Saturday which is 04/08/2018 and I was told that it would be given on Monday ie. 06/08.2018. I doubted this and contacted the person before visiting the actual center. The person told me that it's still pending at their end and they are doing hard enough to provide replacement for those customers, did submit in July. Fine.. I understood it. I asked for the further date. The person failed to give any commitment. Instead redirected me to the customer service which is pointless. I asked again and the person told me that he couldn't give any assurance. Now this has taken all the faith I had on PHILIPS. That shows how pathetic is the response from the replacement service.
