[Resolved] Philips India — Service centre support is poor | |||
My induction heater HD4929 serial #ZK1A[protected] is in warranty purchased from Deluxe Electrical Stores, Golmuri, Jamshedpur. At the time of purchase there was a hair scratch on the top which overlooked by me. After one month that scratch widen up means it is changing from hair scratch to hair crack. We have complained for the same and representative from authorized service cent of Philips M/s B.P. Electric, Jugsalai, Jamshedpur (PH[protected] has came and take the product with him. After 2 days they called me and told that I have to pay for the parts. I want to say only one thing this is a manufacturing defect or defect of their product then why should I pay. If they want that their customers suffer and they don't care then keep your product with you. I will end my relationship with Philips now. Thanks Was this information helpful? | |||
Feb 17, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved Philips India customer support has solved my problem just in one day. Mind blowing approach. They work for their customers. Sorry i had written some harsh about them Philips India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
