I have Bought CDRCR Philips CD Recorder from Philishop Coimbatore two years back. My Model No. A21837 and Serial No. 08678.

I have a problem with the volume button and some time audio not coming properly. I have given to Network Associate, Philishop's Philips Service Centre, Asoka Plaza, Coimbatore.

After Two weeks i went to return back my Set after completing the service. I am very much shocked that the set top side is more scratches which is not there at the time of given to service also they stick some sticker and not properly clean that .I asked to service person, he is not willing to reply me properly and misbehave to me. so i am not return back my set.

i want to replace the top of the set without scratches. They charged Rs.680.00 for the service. i am ready to pay that.

I am not satisfied to their behavior.
