Philips India — she1405bk earphone

One of Philips earphone was not working properly and was in warranty period so i have given it to Philips care present in Bhopal (Sunil distributor, ground floor, zone-mp nagar, 462011, ) on[protected] but till date i haven't received my earphone, and whenever i call to care they tell that the product is not available we are making it to available asap.

i haven't received any update about the issue, and whenever i call to the care they only tell we have no availability of this product as soon as it's get available we will call you, now its been more than two months till know i haven't got any positive reply from care. As i know philips is very big brand but your service for this small products are not taking seriously.
