Philips India — speaker woofer not working properly

R/Sir, I have purchased a philips sound bar with woofer model DSP 475U on[protected] but it is not working properly. Since then I have registered my grievance vide complaint No SUP001/6825 but it is not resolved still. No one called/came to my residence for its faultness/rectification. it is therefore once again requested that the same me y kindly be resolved as early as possible.
