Philips India — supply of defective product led tv on 1/6/2018

I have published led tv on 1/6/2018 and became dead on 15/7/2018 complaint registered on 17/7/2018. I was told that circuit of the tv has become dead and needs to be changed.
It was told by service head mr. Satyaveer singh & mr. Deeraj jain that they have placed orders with company to supply the defective part. On 12/8/2018 it was intimated that part requested was not supplied but some other part was supplied by the company. New requisition is being sent.
Sir, we were debarred to watch impedance day celebration. I can't wait more therefore request to replace the tv.

Previously also I have submitted my complaint but it was also not attended till date its the reason I have to make complaint again . Till my problem is not resolved I will continue writing. Please insert "' purchased"" Instead of "'published""
