[Resolved] Philips India — Unresponsiveness of service center | |||
I bought a juicer, and earphones and both the products are in warranty.. I have lodged a complaint regarding the items and i was directed to go to the service center in rajahmundry.. Near sai krishna theater... The center's response was really very worst... I really didnt expect this from philips... I always buy your products.. Dont make me get negative feeling regarding it.. Jul 28, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved Thanks to u that my problem has been resolved due to timely action of the service agent ..I received call from 8125832434 time to time whenever necessary until my problem got cleared.. Philips India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
