Philips India — worst service ever | |||
I had given my tv for service. It's almost 6 months and still i haven't got my tv back. When ever i called them they won't pick the call. I have to call then again and again, leaving my work to contact them. Always they used to say board problem that n this... No one has ever turned up till now. I have purchased 8 tvs. Now i have to purchase 4 more. If this is the kind of service coven, why should i go for philips. I really hesitate to buy philips products. This is the worst customer service ever. The agent who took my tv was mr. Harish. It's been six months. Is my tv stolen? That person didn't even give me a complaint receipt. Worst customer care ever.
