Phillips — Bad product support | |||
I purchased a power bank from Phillips but it stopped working in warranty period. I tried connecting the customer support through different toll free no.s but they always told me to call on some other no. This way they keep looping me in and my warranty is about to expire now. I also tried complaining through email but didn't get any response. I am highly disappointed with Phillips after sale product support. Was this information helpful? | |||
