Philips has the worst customer service, it is so shameful on their part that such big company utterly failed provide decent customer care service. I would never recommend any one buying a philips product ever in my life. I bought an air purifier which stopped working and i've been trying their customer service for over a month there has been no response at all, much disgrace to them Was this information helpful? | |||||

I have purchased an earphone on 22nd of August but till now i haven't received the product yet. Its 2 months delay when am i going to receive the product on visiting service centre they use to tell come after 2 to 3 days. Please try to solve this issue as soon as possible.
