Phoenix ARC PVT LTD — credit card bill error

I am writing to dispute a billing error in the amount of Rs. 10000/- (approx.) on my account. The amount is inaccurate because it’s a matter of six years ago when one of the executive of ABn Amro Credit Card department called me up to convinced me to purchase the Reliance General insurance(Mediclaim) by ABN Amro Credit Card on the year of 2008. I requested him to send the documents to read me first and sign on them. But he told me that I have to confirm over the phone only and the amount will be deduct from my credit card and it will show on my next billing statement. He also advised me that if I’m not satisfied then I can cancel it. After few days I’d received the policy and then surprisingly another policy I’d received after couple of days. Then I immediately contact the customer care and cancelled both the policies. And they gave me the cancellation number and assured me that policies will be cancelled and adjust it. And then I informed to the Reliance customer Care via email with my policies numbers and the cancellation number also which I m attaching that email with this mail.
And i was requested them to correct this bill but they didnt.. Thats why it affected to my CIBIL SCORE... You can verify my Cibil Score from your end.. I am waiting a positive response from you.
