This is to inform you as a compliant. I was visited your Phoenix Market city mall on 11 May 2015. I parked my two wheeler in you parking area. I enter at 10.19 am and came out at 3.33 pm. Hope you know how much I pay for that?! Yes I pay Rs.250/- (For extra four minutes I have to pay Rs.50) I booked the ticket in Luxe for Rs 120/- for a film. But for Parking I pay the double the amount. So, how come I will come there next time? Also I can't engage my friends! As a University faculty, I have good rapo with students. They were also told the same. Nowadays they were not visit... I think in future too, they will not come there... By this way in future you may loss your visitors. Once the visitors were not come, automatically the shop owners will left the mall?! This is the same mistake done by Spencer Plaza. You know better, what happen to them! For earn good money, I will give you some more ideas. People have to leave their shoes and sandals out of the mall counter like in temple. For that you may charge Rs. 20 per hour. Baggage's not allowed, Have to put it on the clock room. For that you may charge Rs. 30 per hour. People come with traditional dresses like sari and dhotis, have to paid the special fee! People wearing cooling glass, Jeans, T-Shirts have to pay special charges! At last, I inform you, I sent a complaint letter to the Tamil Nadu government. Also I did the same to concern higher authorities regarding this in central and state. If you were not reduce the amount, hopefully you will loss your customers soon.
