Phonekart.in — about the phone I ordered | |||
I ordered speria p20 6 inch notch from the above mentioned website. The phone that I received yesterday was other than p20. Now the phone is not working. I consulted the service center. The person says there is no display in the phone and the battery is also damaged. So I will be thankful if you help me up to return my phone and get my money back. The amount is 4000. I am order for speria A1 4g mobile phone, but am received for speria x1 phone.(packing box is printed for 6gb ram & 64 gb rom.but inside mobile have for 2gb ram & 16 gb rom.plz change the mobile or if not, give it money back.

I have already ordered speria s9pro from phones kart. In se but after the ordered saw the video on youtube related to this phone and site fully cheating from the consumer.so, this is my mistake but now i want back my money how i don't know you can help me. On this site there is no facilities to cacell the order or return. But it mentioned the return policy about 7 days how it cheated the consumer please help me and back my money
