PhonePe — amount deducted, 40 days completed,not refunded

I have recharged my airtel number with 349 rs and it got deducted and i didnt get recharge. Phonepe wants me to cal airtel and airtel is saying that they didnt receive any amount and wants me to contact phonepe.
Phonepe is responsible for my deduction money, they have to contact airtel and make clear whether my amount is received or not.
They are responding too late and finaly closing the issue by saying the amount is now recharged but still i didnt get any recharge.

I didn't get my ticket details but money deducted through phonepe .I am not satisfying transaction through phone app.till now I didn't get my ticket details
