[Resolved] PhonePe — amount deducted and not credited to receiver

I was trying to transfer a amount of rs 2000/- on 29/09/2019 to account no.[protected]. The amount was deducted from my account and not credited to above said account number. Utr ref:[protected]. As per phonepe app, transaction successful message received vide transactaion id 1909292110434055672818. I have verified receivers account statement and found amount was not credited. Hence please resolve this issue immediately. Nine days over. Still now not yet resolved this issue. Now i am not confident to make fund transfer through phonepe. My mobile no. [protected].
