PhonePe — amount deducted but transaction failed

I transact the amount on 30/05/2019 through phone pe by sbi savings account. I pay the amount to anglo eastern maritime academy my transaction reference number is qct[protected], transaction time - 11:08 am. Amount has been deducted from my account but the next message shown that transaction failed. Amount also not revert to me. Please check the details.
