On 3rd august I made a transaction on phone pe to auto driver for Rs 122 but at that time I got. A message of transaction failed then I paid him again but after two days on 5th august I got an email for successful transaction. So basically the amount was paid twice. I got a complain registered with phone pe. At thier app. I got information to wait for 3-5 days. But money was not reversed. Then I filed a complaint in my bank. They rejected my complaint by saying that the transaction was successful and cannot be reversed now as I have to report them within 5 days. Now bank as well as phone pe both are denied for refund.
