PhonePe — amount not credited even after 25 days | |||||
I transferred rs 10000 on 30/10/17 through phonepe mobile application from one of the hdfc bank to another beneficiary account. Transaction was failed on 2/11/17, even after 25 days they have not credited refund to my account. I called phonepe customer support many times but they are not taking seriously. They are just raising issue and giving 7 days to resolve it. After 7 days they are again escalating issue and giving 7days. Ultimately no resolution. Was this information helpful? | |||||
