PhonePe — asianet broadband payment issue | |||||
Paid my asianet broadband bill through phonepe on 9th oct 2019. But it is still showing sending payment request. The amount has been deducted from my account. Not refunded till now. Transaction is shown pending. I went through view tickets options, but got reply due to technical issues at the biller, it can take upto 24 hours to get the final status of your bill payment. I did fund transfer via Phone pe app from my hdfc bank account to beneficiary account (Axis Bank) Rs 60000. on date 12th October 2019 time 7:27pm. Two days is over not solved my problem and not credited to beneficiary account.

The money has been not refunded to my bank till now
My transition is pending after 3 days but i got massage you ammount is credited to your account but I check the balance, it was not showing credited ammount and still trasition is pending pleas anyone give me the solution
