PhonePe — cancelled ticket refund from irctc but not credit in my bank account

I booked two tickets on 9th march on phone pe app but later i cancelled it. After few days later i received a message from phone pe app that sum of rs 1950/- refunded to my debit card but actually it is not reflecting to my saving account number in which my debit card was linked.
