I pay electricity bill on 04august 2018. Via phone pay. Transaction id :n[protected]. Rs=3247/-from my bank accounts. Debts on 04aug.2018. This transaction was failed. But that's amounts not refunded my bank account. So i; request to you please consider this my application & solve my problem & help me to use your phone pay services. With regards

My withdrawal has been blocked by phonepe of rs 9501. On withdrawal it shows error of txn failed every time and they dont have any contact no. So there is no any way to contact them. They say to complete KYC but there is no link to fill details.
