PhonePe — duplicate transaction issue | |||||
I was buying medicine in apollo pharmacy at ramapuram chennai 600089 on 28th feb and the 1st transaction amount was not billing but the amount debited from my account, the apollo guys was saying the amount will be refunded to my account, so i was repaying the bill and it was succeeding. The first transaction amount not credited to my account and i called to phone customer service and approached apollo pharmacy, but i have not received the amount till date. On Saturday October 3, 2020, I added a certain amount to be paid to doctor but some duplicate transaction error is coming up and asking me to wait 24 hours, receiving same message since Saturday now 48 hours have passed but they are not able to provide any solution other than asking me to wait for some time but they do not know what do they mean by some time...very pathetic service.
