[Resolved]  PhonePe — fund transfer transaction successful but still not credited to the receiver account (receiver account also my account)

6 september 2019, 3:36 pm i have transferred rs-5000/- to bank of india transaction also successful. But till not credited to the receiver account (Receiver account also my account). Contacted customer support of phonepe and raised ticket no 69172997. But today i checked the ticket status it was resolved..
Transaction no p1909061535569207987947 but issue is till pending. Kindly look into the issue
