PhonePe — lost my money rs 15000

I have made a transaction for rupees 15000 from my icici account to my hdfc bank account today. The transaction wasn't successful and the status of my transfer is still failed, but the cash deducted from my account.

Resolve this issue as soon as you can since i'm very much concerned about my money.

I have lost my mobile no. [protected] in which i use phone pe. I want to change mobile no. to [protected] because someone using my account and recharge.

I have done a wallet transaction of Rs 4000 on Phonpe on[protected] and today is[protected] and still my money is on Pending..Sir i think i have been frauded by Phonpe..Please help my to recover my money..
