[Resolved]  PhonePe — Merchant not received money sent from PhonePe

Address:HEMANTH ABHIRAM SOMARAJU, s/o SRINIVASA RAO SOMARAJU & SRIDEVI SOMARAJU, House number: 1-42, Near Ganesh temple, Bayyannagudem village (BO), Penub

Done a payment of ₹10/- (Rupees ten only) through SBIePay Lite (Payment Gateway) and used UPI as the preferred payment method and scanned QR with PhonePe to apply for RTI Act 2005 in official website (https://rtionline.gov.in/). Amount deducted from the bank account. But didn't recieved confirmation email/SMS from RTI website and even registration ID also isn't generated. That RTI website is designed & developed by NIC. Immediately I raised complaint in NIC website, Informed bank costumer care. Raised ticket in PhonePe. Raised a complainant in through Centralised Public Grievance Redress and Monitoring System (CPGRAMS). Also submitted the issue to National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI) and complained to the National Consumer Helpline (NCH). No response from anybody. Only NIC is responding for my emails. NIC also sent a notification to RTI website team. They're not responding for my email and also for NIC's email. Amount is deducted from my account. But even I don't know weather it reached the right destination or not (RTI website bank). But I'm sure that the money should have been in the account of RTI website. I want to get confirmation from RTI Website team immediately. I'm worrying a lot about this payment. Kindly please try to understand my situation and try to solve this issue as fast as possible. I want my registration ID right now or refund my money back to my account quickly.

Issue is resolved. But neither because of raising issue in National Consumer Helpline (NCH) platform nor because of registering complainant in ConsumerComplaints.in. I had sent mails to NIC (National Informatics Centre) and also registered complaint in NIC Service Desk, SBI (State Bank of India) team who were not at all responded, PhonePe team and also raised a complainant in Public Grievance Portal which was later marked as closed by replying that the issue is due to internet connectivity even though it's not due to internet connection related issues. But only NIC team had responded to most of my emails. I sent so many mails to RTI website team, but no use. Even though NIC had sent 3 or 4 emails officially to RTI website team to address my issue they hadn't responded. Finally after a lot of struggle they sent me the confirmation email and registration ID as well. By this way I'd applied for RTI for the first time. Anyhow thanks for being with me in this journey. ConsumerComplaints.in website needs a lot of modifications in both the front-end functionality as well as back-end too... Being a web developer, cybersecurity expert, I'll be happy to let you know the suggestion to improve the website and to assist you. I'll send you those suggestion later through email.
