PhonePe — mobile wallet issue as I was unloaded my money

Hello sir, i’m karthik using mobile app so called phonepe i was uploaded money to mobile wallet as they knew that the amount of money was unable to transfer and withdraw for saving account on 5th of may i. E[protected] raised a request to close my app permanently as they promised within 10 working days amount will credited to my saving account but now the day has came to alive now they are using that u had made a recharge so it will take some extend to close it... I was suffering with them since 14 days.. They intentionally avoiding the issue so please kindly file a case on phonepe from my end...
