[Resolved] PhonePe — money debited but haven't credited

I have done a transaction on 4th of september 2019 of rs 4000 with transaction id[protected] still amount has not been credited on benifitiory account number. I made multiples call to phone pay customer care and they are not resolving my issue only says that money has been credited but till not credited and they told me to check with my bank i do so bank is saying that no credit has been made and phone pay says that amount has been credited no one is taking responsibility bank tell me to check with upi service provider and phone pay my upi service provider ask me to check with my bank. Very bad expirence i am facing no one is there to help.
