I have did the recharge of 149 of jio but money is debited from bank account but recharge is still showing processing after completing 3 days i want my refund or the recharge done successfull. My ticket id is #[protected] i have contacted there customer service support they said we will contact soon but still after 3 days no call from them even i have called there customer care number they are not receiving call this is worst please help me with this this app is worst.
