PhonePe — money debited but transaction failed | |||
I would like to inform you that I made a UPI transaction on 13th September 2919 for the amount 150 from phone pe mobile bank linked with my Sbi bank account and the amount got debited from my account but transaction failed. I have raised several tickets on phonepe, contacted SBI customer several times without any help. I got a response from phonepe team that they got in touch with the sbi bank and they have confirmed that no amount has been debited. I going in circles, phone pe is asking me to contact Sbi, Sbi is asking me to contact Phonepe, I am stuck in between. Was this information helpful? | |||
