PhonePe — money debited from my account not credited by other phone pe user

I was transferred 2529 to other phone pe account on 22nd march 2019, 02:16 pm.
Amount still not credited to receiver.

I got transaction successful message,
And other phonepe account got amount received messages
In phonepe but his account balance did not creadited.
