PhonePe — Money has debited but order was not placed

I placed 1 order in flipkart 10 big sale via phone-pe on 17 the may midnight.

₹1049/-money is debited from my bank a/c & it was not credited in my phone-pe wallet and also order has not placed yet.

These are all fake apps..
How is flipkart accepted this type of apps..
As these finally i felt
Flipkart is waste...

If is there any chance, pls give me it's valuable information...
