PhonePe — money not refunded back after the failure of transaction | |||||
Respected Sir, I beg to inform that I did a transaction from Sbi account ([protected]) to Axis bank account ([protected]) through PhonePe app on 23.11.2018. The transaction failed due to technical issues. I lodged a complain to PhonePe customer care & mailed at support.[protected]@sbi.co.in . I haven’t yet received the deducted amount.
