PhonePe — not able to get satisfactory reply from phonepe

I have the above mentioned account with your branch. I would like to inform you that, on 20th january, 2019 i did an upi transaction (Transfer) of rs.2800/- by using phonepe platform from my said account to another account. But the transaction failed hence i got an instant message if any amount has been deducted from your account the same will be credited within 4 to 5 days. But it is almost 12 days gone, i am sorry to say till date the amount hasn't been credited to my account. While making calls to phonepe customer care they are replying your bank has credited the amount in your respective account. But the same hasn't credited to my account as on date. So kindly look into the matter seriously and resolve my problem as soon as possible.
