PhonePe — payment not transferred but deducted from bank account

I have transferred INR 5000 from Phone Pe (SBI account is linked) on 16 Sep 2019. Amount got deducted from my bank account but not credited to receiver account. I got the transaction failure message, but till now amount has been not credited back to my account. I have raised a complaint (Ticked ID:[protected] in Phone Pe Application but i have not received any reply from PHONE PE. I am requesting you to resolve this issue at the earliest
