PhonePe — phonepe ekyc issue cannot withdraw amount | |||
After transferring 4, 400 rupees to phonepe wallet, i am unable to use the amount though the ekyc is completed. Even when trying to re-do the kyc the app says "e-kyc services are temporarily unavailable". On calling the customer care they are unable to provide the solution and commit the time line to resolve the problem. The customer care person is unable provide clear answers nor able to connect with higher officer to give proper resolution.
