PhonePe — PhonePe fund transfer transaction successful but still not credited to the my account

Today my brother in law has transferred rs.10000/- to [protected] bank of baroda a/c, pune transaction also successful transaction id P2010151222149722818298 . But till not credited to the my account. Contacted customer support of phone pe and raised ticket no[protected]. But issue is till pending. Kindly look into the issue.
