PhonePe — phonepe money deducted and ticket not booked in irctc

I booked a e-ticket 30/03/2020. I made the payment through phonepe upi option using
And money got deducted from my account but no ticket was booked and it is showing the message
'pending from bank end'
And it is still showing the same message.
Money hasn't been refunded and it is still pending.
The screenshot of the same is attached.
Kindly look into the matter and resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Maine phone pay se 8 August 2019 ko money transfer kiye or mere account se balance kam ho gya or samne wale ke account me nhi gya iski complaint maine bank me kiya bank wale bol rhe phone pay se hi paise refund ho skte h
