[Resolved] PhonePe — phonepe upi related fraud | |||||
Dear sir/madam, On 20th december 2018, mr lekhanand kumar, having an a/c no[[protected]] transferred rs 3000 in my sbi account ([protected]) through phonepe app. It was successful and credited to my account, then after a few moment later it was debited from my account, showing upi/rev in the statement and it was not credited to his account. When i tried to contact with the customer care of sbi. They told me to contact with upi service provider through which the transfer had been done. When i did the same, phone pay customer care told me that transfer was successful from ourside. After that what happend we are not responsible. 15 days has been passed and money has not been credited to either of the account. Please provide the solution. Was this information helpful? | |||||
