PhonePe — Recharge transaction successful, money debited but recharge wasn't done

I had recharged from phone pe to my jio number with 399 and the transation was successful and money debited from bank account but recharge hasn't happened on my number. So I contacted phone pe - they told me that jio has accepted their request, on the other hand I also spoke with jio - they told me that they haven't received any request from phone pe to process my recharge. Any how no body has helped to retain my money or recharge done to my number.
