PhonePe — refund issue in phonepe wallet

Address:sangli, warnali colony, Sangli, Maharashtra, 416416

I had ordered item from flipkart through phonepeand then cancelled it due to some issue. Flipkart sent me mail that refund is transferred but i didn't get any refund in my phonepe wallet. I called flipkart customer care they refund is transferred then i called phonepe customer care they said refund is not initiated.
Please help me to get my money back.

On doing online transaction via phone pe amount is debited from.my account but the transaction status is pending receiver doesn't get credited.when i will receive back my cash back to my account

I have done a payment of 50₹ from phone pe aap. But my payment has pending form 1 month and I'm facing lots of problem because of this
