PhonePe — transaction failed and money deduction from bank but not refunded

Phonepay is worst company because 9 days have been passed and i have not received my refund of my failed transaction (Nx[protected]) of rs. 150 to bank. I wanted to contact their customer care but they are not even providing mee option to call customer care service. Dont use phone for online transactions such a fraud company. Phone is worst. Stop using phonepay so that you can make your money safe.

Phone pe is totally fraud app ...if recharge is failed they try to adjust with rs.50 cashback...
I had recharged 399 for Jio 2days ago there was cash back offer. They did not credited yet to my wallet. I have been trying to communicate with them they are not responding . This is inappropriate and cheating.
