PhonePe — transaction not completed | |||
I made a transaction of rs. 5000 on 26th of january around 3.00 pm (Transaction id: p1901261459337455328627). The amount was deducted instantly but beneficiary not received the amount. Transaction was pending till 4th feb in phonepe app. So i asked the beneficiary to check his account balance on 4th feb. But still he not received the amount. And also my account is not credited with the same amount till today. So i tried to reach the customer care several times. But there is no response from you guys. So please do the needful. I am m Kiran Kumar my phone number is [protected] I had transferred an amount of 4000 on 1-10-18 on 8:32pm .but the amount is neither transferred nor returned to my number please find the attachment below and do the needful
