PhonePe — transaction not completed

I made a transaction of rs. 5000 on 26th of january around 3.00 pm (Transaction id: p1901261459337455328627). The amount was deducted instantly but beneficiary not received the amount.
Transaction was pending till 4th feb in phonepe app. So i asked the beneficiary to check his account balance on 4th feb. But still he not received the amount. And also my account is not credited with the same amount till today. So i tried to reach the customer care several times. But there is no response from you guys. So please do the needful. Thank you

My frd has sent me a 1500 in phone pe. But I didn't come . But in is account it is been cut the amount . I have checked the phone no. And my details my profile .
I m calling the phone pe customer care. They are telling they will call u. But still didn't call only
