PhonePe — transaction pending and amount is debited from debit card

I have done rs 155 transaction to my friend using phonepe but its is showing pending status even if the amount is debited from my account. This transaction is very important for me. I want refund of the amount in my account asap.
My transaction id is p1903172032358301811650
I request you to please look into the matter as soon as possible, otherwise i heave to take the matter to higher forums.

I have paid 292 rupees of electricity bill from phonepe in 16th March. Rupees 265 has been deducted from my account... But the phonepe has not been able to pay my bills and there consumer service too bad. Please help to get money back or else make sure they pay electricity bill

Account debited for IRCTC ticket booking worth Rs 412.45 on 15/3/2019 at 19:28 txn id[protected] of SBI account. Transaction was successful but no ticket booked. I attached a message from bank registered phone no, phonepe transaction screenshot, irctc failed booking. Phonepe txn id P1903151927324096496441.
