[Resolved]  PhonePe — transaction successful but amount not credited in beneficiary account

I have made transactions on 02/10/2019 time 10:45am using phonepe app amongs them given transaction is succeed but beneficiary account not credited till now. No one caring about my issue all are avoiding. Till now 6 days gone but amount did not get.

Please kindly reverse or credited to beneficiary account.
