PhonePe — transfer of money | |||
Before one month i transferred 2, 500 money to my friend by phonepay. Its transferred and credited in his account but on the same reference no and same time it's showing ur money is reverse back.. But its not credited in my account till now. When we both approached bank then he is saying ur money is with phonepay and when calling phonepay he is saying, call and contact to ur bank. No one is going to help and even wants to entertain us. Was this information helpful? | |||

Sir problem regarding the transaction I transferred 30000rs to an account from my account the money is debited but their is no message received to the other account and the transaction is successful from my side UTR:[protected]

I have transferred money to you on 24/09/2018 of RS. 62 .For that money refund complaint is initiated.
The amount is debited by bank account and credited to your account instead of being payment to recharge .
I have done transaction from phone pe application.
Please refund as soon as possible.
