I ordered a mobile phone by paying 4499 the payment went through payu payment gateway and a confirmation sms and email of amount debited was received instantly. Your order option was working at the time of ordering. I am trying to search my order i don't find the link. There is no support phone number or email. The login option is dummy now. When you search for phones you get thus website coming on the top with big discounts. Not sure why there is no action taken on them after the first complaint being raised few days back by an individual. Not sure his the payment gateway companies support these scammers. The rbi has to take strict action and terminate the license if these service providers. kindly take necessary action to refund my amount its too hard to recover please Was this information helpful? |
