I am kriti kaushal and had ordered a saree worth rs 399 through online payment on seeing phonocart's advertisement on facebook on 28th september this year and then i received a message of my order being successful and will be delivered in 8-10 days from phonocart.
But yet i haven't received my order.in the message there was a link to check it out but it always shows error. I tried to contact through email to phonocart members but it also showed error. Even i tried to talk to them from fb messenger but there was no reply regarding my issue. The money was deducted but i have not received my order. And now either i want my ordered saree or my money back to me that's it Was this information helpful? | 
But I did not receive my Order till date. After booking I got a message that my Order No.45041 will be delivered within 8-10 days. Nothing received till date.
